BUY-TO-LET LENDING HIGHLIGHTS
  • 75% interest only buy to let, sub 4%
  • Will lend against multi-unit residential assets up to 4 on one title
  • Rental calculation 125% of payrate.
RESIDENTIAL HOMEOWNER LENDING HIGHLIGHTS
  • 80% interest only (no need for repayment vehicle to be in place)
  • 3yr term
  • Rate sub 4.5%
CONTRACTORS
  • Lend against contract value (annualise weekly rate assuming 46 week year) with a multiple of 4.5 subject to maximum of 85% loan to value
  • If contract due to shortly expire i.e. 3mths, the lender will require confirmation a new contract will be in place
  • Minimum 2yr contract history (if not, will lend 70% LTV provided same sector)
  • FTB/Mover/Remortgage
  • Available to contractors in the following fields: IT/Oil & Gas/Accountants/Solicitors/Actuaries/Bankers/Compliance Professionals
SHAREHOLDING DIRECTORS
  • Lender will use net profit for the company plus dividend income ie will not simply look at drawn income plus dividend, which is great for those with retained profits and supports a higher level of lending.
